I was amazed by the warm welcome I received at Cheval Phoenix House. The staff were great too accommodate my late arrival, ensuring I felt valued as a guest. The spacious and well-equipped apartment exceeded my expectations, providing a comfortable and peaceful stay. the location in a quiet neighborhood added a homely touch to my visit. Despite a minor issue with soundproofing, the really good service and luxurious amenities made my stay lovely. I highly recommend this hotel for a quality experience.

Friendly staff. Great location near Tube station and shopping area. Spacious, clean rooms with comfy bed. Fully equipped kitchenette and laundry facilities. Nice welcome basket and added amenities for young children. Would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the apartment was perfect, and the facilities provided were great. The location was perfect, with various excellent cafes and restaurants just a stone's throw away. it was conveniently close to shopping places and Gordon's wine bar on Villars Street. The hotel's proximity to Sloan Square tube made transportation easy. the staff were great in providing really good service throughout my entire stay.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a great location within walking distance to a grocery store and several restaurants. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic, providing a perfect place to relax. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh fruit options and had a beautiful view overlooking the foliage. The staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. We also appreciated the hotel's proximity to everything in the city, making it convenient for transportation via taxi or Uber.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated in a great area of London. It is conveniently located next to Sloane Square tube station, providing easy access to the whole city. There are also plenty of excellent cafes and restaurants in the area, making it a great spot for dining out. The rooms at the hotel are spacious and contemporary, with modern amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and the overall service is impeccable.
The carpets in the hotel are a little worn and could use a refresh.
